Help!

I just started feeding my puppy Fromm Gold Holistic Adult Dry Food mixed with Evangers Rabbit food. She gets 2 1/2 cups in the morning of the dry food then I mix half of the can of Evangers with the dry food. Then at 6 or 7 she gets another 2 1/2 cups of dry food then mixed with Evangers. I'm not sure if this is a good diet, or if the quantity is enough. I feel as if im giving her too little food!

She is 7 months old and she turns 8 months old in 9 days!

Am I feeding her correctly? or should I feed her more or less?

She used to eat baneful dry food and pedigree dry food. But I went to PetExpo and bought her some good quality food.

How does your puppy look? You should be able to lightly feel ribs on your dog, but not see the ribs or the hip bones. If she is not over or underweight, the amount is fine. You can also use an online calculator to determine the approximate calorie needs for your dog, and then feed based on that if you need help adjusting the food.

She looks good! She's full of energy. I can't see her ribs but I guess I can feel them. I just get worried because she starts looking around for more food after she's done eating.

5 cups is a lot of food, and I am not sure why the dog is also being fed canned rabbit on top of all that kibble.

3 cups max of the Fromm is sufficient. You want to keep a growing puppy lean, otherwise you are looking at all sorts of problems.
