Default Amino Acid Analysis

Does anyone know of a good reference to review amino acids content in food?

This shows most of them for most foods, click full nutrient report to see amino acids and the plus sign next to amino acids to show them

Nutritiondata.com has amino acid profiles. They take most of their data from the USDA.

I was interested to see how little difference there was between raw and cooked meats (though there is a slight difference).

Neither of these sites have the amino acids. I'm looking for things like taurine and tryptophan

These sites give the fatty acids.

The site I linked does have an amino acid profile for most foods, but it's just a chart. If you want exact amounts, I know cronometer.com also has that, but you need to create an account (free). The data is incomplete for some foods.
