Default Pet's barn brand food

Tell me what you think. I like this food because it's made locally. They are package in a 18# bag for $33.00. [/QUOTE]Each cup has 392 k calories. On the weekend you buy two and get one free. I've lost a dog from diamond foods. So I'm terrified of big name company's.

Salmon meal, dried potatoes, potato flour, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), dried beet pulp, flaxseed, natural flavor, fish oil, salt, vitamins (vitamin E supplement, niacin supplement, D-calcium pantothenate, vitamin A acetate, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement, folic acid), minerals (ferrous sulfate, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, manganous oxide, copper sulfate, iron amino acid chelate, manganese amino acid chelate, zinc amino acid chelate, copper amino acid chelate, sodium selenite, cobalt carbonate, ethylenediamine dihydriodide), mixed tocopherols, choline chloride, taurine, rosemary extract.

What are the protein and fat percentages in the food?

It is hard to know for sure without knowing the protein percentage, but it appears to be very heavy in potatoes. It has two different potato ingredients before the fat. I would choose something else.

Those numbers are better than I expected. It is not a bad choice. Certainly, it is an above average food.
