Taste of the Wild/picky eater?

I am feeding my 11 month old Taste of the Wild kibble twice a day and I am no sure if it is normal for her to be only pooping out small pellet poops they are round and hard. She also seems to be straining while she has to poop is this normal? I am not sure if this is because there isn't much by products in her food causing her not to have to poop as often.
She isn't always interested in her food I am trying another flavor to see if she will eat more. Another question are many german shepherds grazers when it comes to eating I have never had a dog that doesn't eat their meal all at one sitting. Help is appreciated thank you!!

I agree with you that isn't normal and I would have the vet check her over. That could also have a lot to do with her not eating.
