I highly doubt you will find an Access database. You could make your own using information from
Nutrition facts, calories in food, labels, nutritional information and analysis – NutritionData.com I've found that site to be pretty comprehensive.

If you want data to import into an access database I would guess your best bet is the usda nutrient database--files available as ascii text files --so if you are handy with access you can set one up. Looks like they are free.
