Allergic to Chicken

Hi, I have a 12mo, female, 72lbs GSD. She is prone to Pano she has been eating Fromms Grain Free Beef Frittata. I'm wondering if 30% protein is too high for a dog that has Pano? Can you recommend a dry dog food chicken free?
