So I been feeding my dog Erza Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Frozen for about 9 months and its starting to cost way then I can pay for. So I've been thinking about switching her to Nature's Variety Instinct Grain-Free Kibble or Taste of the Wild. Taste of the Wild is about $20 cheaper then NV kibble for a 30lb bag. She has been eating kibble a small bag of orijen every few weeks it.
What do yall think? Has anyone tried the kibble from NV is it worth the $20 or should I go with Totw? Are they about the same in terms if what I would be giving my dog? Thanks for any help.

Are you opposed to doing homemade raw? It's so much cheaper than the NV raw diet. There are some premade raw diets that are more affordable. I use some of the Blue Ridge Beef products. They cost $2/lb, but some places distribute it cheaper. There are other companies like this, or meat co-ops to get even better prices on various proteins and cuts of meat.
If you are set on going to kibble. I used to use NV grain free kibbles. I really like their company and trust them a million times over Diamond, who makes TOTW. That alone, to me, is worth the price difference. Also, everything in NV is from the US. The rabbit used in their raw diets is from China (but they oversee the plant), but the rabbits in the kibble are from France anyway.

If I had a good butcher that I could get everything I need for her I would do home made but I can't. Plus I dont have the room for a homemade raw too. That's one reason I want to switch. I was thinking about staying with NV just going to kibble

My GSD that just passed used to eat TOTW Pacific Stream. She had food allergies and did well on Taste of the Wild. Some of the higher quality foods were too rich for her. She also did best on the fish based formulas. Lived to the ripe old age of 14.5.
