Recipe for allergies
 

:help:My poor Kohl is allergic to most everything!!! He is not allergic to any meats but he has a lot of grain allergies. He can consume rice but no wheat. I'm looking for a recipe that I can make at home for him so I know what is going into it. Any suggestions?
