I was just curious what your guys' feeding routine is.
Matrix (cat) gets fed 1/2 cup of dry food during the day, then canned food at night. Ozzy gets a spoonful or two of canned food with 1/2 cup of dry mixed in. Unless it's a new can, I have to microwave it for a little bit so it's easier to mix the kibble into. When we have a foster, I put the foster in Ozzy's large crate and feed him/her in there so they eat only their food and Matrix eats only his food. Sometimes it's a pain, but I'm sure it could be more intricate. (Raw feeders?)

My cats (I have 4) are free fed dry, and get 3 cans of catfood daily.
My dogs, Masi eats 2 cups of dry mixed with raw twice a day, The aussies the same thing but only 1 cup twice a day.

I put a cup and a half in Abby's dish, when that is gone I put in another cup and a half; it sits there until she eats it. Have done this for 2 years and her weight has remained the same since full growth. She eats about 3.5 cups a day on average....she tends to eat in the afternoon and evening. As you can see, she is not fat or thin.

my dog eats breakfast between 8am and 10am.
he has a snack throughout the day. dinner is served between 5pm and 8pm. my dog is fed 1 cup of kibble per meal but his kibble is normally mixed with something. when i'm being super lazy i'll give him a can of food.

Breakfast after the morning walk
Abby (lab) gets 1.5 cups kibble with water and canned mixed in Cody (GR) gets 3/4 cup kibble with water and canned (and his morning pills) Lunch= training time with treats and play rewards Dinner they get fed the same amount of kibble from a Wobbler or Amazing Treat Ball (I pill Cody with a spoonful of cottage cheese in the evening) Puppy will follow roughly the same schedule but will get a full meal at lunch via training versus just treats-and on nights we train at class will get his lunch via treat dispensing toy and dinner at training

Siren gets 1 & 1/3 cups per meal.(which is 2 level "scoops" since the measuring cup I use is 2/3 of a cup.) Usually between 6:30 and 7:30 in the AM and PM.
She gets dry kibble only at meals. She gets solid coconut oil for "dessert". Or sometimes she gets some venison for "dessert" or other "people food". When I had all 3 dogs (before I lost Wrangler and Diva.) they all ate in the same room, they learned from puppyhood that "bowl hopping" was NOT allowed. Everyone ate their own food, then when the older dogs were finished, Siren would double check to make she they didn't miss any crumbs.

Ditto and Daisy are "free fed." I keep food in the dish at all times unless one of them (usually Ditto) decided to wolf down a large amount at one time. Then I wait at least 4 hours to put down more. Dakota gets fed 2 cups of food at noon and 2 cups at midnight ( we are night people and his activity is low no matter what time of day/night/morning it is.) They get treats almost everyday at noon and midnight because that is when Dakota and Ditto get their pills. Nearly everyday I remember to mix up a 50/50 mixture of yogurt and pumpkin, which I give to Ditto first and then let Daisy finish it.

Daisy and Lucky get 1,5 cup of Blue Buffalo and at night 9:00pm Lucky gets a 1.5 and daisy a cup. They still get treats Jerky and I make meatloaf w/ ground chuck ,oatmeal and garlic along w/carrots ,celery ground up. they still get BL/SL Chicken Breasts and pasta as well as plain yougurt. On days when I dont cook for them they get 2 cups in morning and 1.5 cups in evening. Right now Daisy is on a "Im not eating kibble" and I have to get to her dish before Lucky"I belong to the clean bowls club" eats it all.
