If he throws up bile on an empty stomach, a walk before breakfast wouldnt be a good idea as it would only encourage an unhappy stomach for him. Just a thought.

Spread his meals out on the floor so he has to work a little bit for them and see if that changes how he handles feedings any. I had one foster for a couple weeks who adamently refused to eat out of a bowl or anything else we thought to try putting the food in. The minute we scattered it across the kitchen floor, she was all over it.

Whew, ok. No earlier mornings for me! I will spread his food on the floor in the morning when I get up, and see if he eats any of it.

Oh! I forgot to mention that we got him to eat tonight as well. It was only 24 hours after the last time he ate. We also spread it across the floor tonight too. We will see what happens in the morning.

I'm sorry the idea of the crate didn't work out and actually made things worse!

Glad to hear the other idea of putting the food on the floor is working better! Hugs to little Jack.
