What is the toxic ingredient..starts with an "m"

I've read here and there about some toxic ingredient in some dog foods...I think it starts with an "M". I most recently heard it mentioned that Kirklands Lamb and rice has it but the chicken and rice doesn't?
My pup is on Wolf Cub, but I need to switch him to an adult food and I want to keep my eye out for this ingredient (and check wolf king).
