I think Drs. Foster and Smith have pretty good prices and they always offer free shipping.

You can get a six month supply of Tri-heart (generic heartguard) from lambert vet supply for $27, and Iverheart for $30.

Only buy from trusted sources. Cheap isn't always best. I compared my "online" purchases to my vets prices and she is comparitable, she also will stand by the products purchased if there was a problem. There is way to many fraudulent sites. I do trust Drs Foster & Smith products, they are a compounding pharmacy and I get my dogs eye drops from them.
