Default Value Picks of the Week

Two for this week:

1) Eagle Pack Original - It still comes in 50lb plain paper breeder bags for less than $1lb.

2) Blue Seal Pork & Barley - 40lbs runs about $32.

Enjoy the savings.

Do you know what the *met/cal per cup is for Pro Plan Performance & Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach...(?)
I looked on the official site...and I could not find anything posted.

I looked at the label of PPP and calculated 463 per cup, it could be a little bit more but not more than 480. I didn't do PPS but it would be around 410 - 425

Robin:

I feed this kibble and, from memory, I think that the actual bag lists 419 or 429 calories per cup as fed. It is one of the higher calorie counts available in my area. I do know that I feed this and chose it for my GSD with inflammatory bowel disease because he is a picky eater and this kibble keeps him looking superb on just under 3 cups daily.

The Pro Plan Selects Salmon and Brown Rice lists the calorie count for that kibble as being 460 calories per cup.

I have used both of these kibbles for my rescues and show dogs (AKC shows).

Where do you get breeder bags? Or do you have to be a breeder?
