So I decided to try the recipe for Satin Balls that I got off of here. Harley loves them. My question is, how often can they have them and how many? I wasn't sure of that since this is the first time I made them. I did not cook the hamburger. Just don't want to give him too many at one time.

Beware, satin balls will put weight on your dog very quickly since that was their original purpose. If your dog doesn't need the weight, I wouldn't give them very often. If your dog is already on the heavier side, I probably wouldn't give them at all.

Should probably add that you CAN reduce kibble meals to add in the satin balls as part of your dogs diet. But personally, I'd rather add regular ol' raw meats to my dogs diet if I'm going to supplement with anything. (green tripe is a favorite here!) Unless your dog is a hard keeper, they can typically do without the molasses and extra carbs the satin balls will add.
