Adult Fur already?!?

I have a 10 week old GSD and it seems that her adult fur is already coming in?! Along her back and on her tail she has very shiny, more dense fur coming in than her soft puppy stuff. is this possible? That is so early compared to what I have been reading!

It does seem early...average is around 12-14 weeks, but maybe the cold temps are playing into it. Getting in the guard hair early to insulate?

Could be? It has been -20 all week and it was very cold last week too about - 5 to - 15

My male pup started getting adult fur last week (10 weeks) and today I noticed that almost his entire back is the dense course hair. So I dont think its that early. Just a little bit, and weather may have something to do with it.
