He looks just fine to me, especially at only 7.5 months old. My dog is 15 months old and maybe weighs 74 lbs.
With a growing pup you want to keep them on the thinner side. He looks like a big boy, how tall is he?

I'm not exactly sure what his height is right now but if I had to guess I'd say he's about 27 inches at the shoulder. Ill get an accurate height later today.

He looks bang on, lovely and lean. The main thing is if he is healthy i wouldn't worry about weight.
