Default Spirit is a Peacekeeper

Had a playdate with Spirit's 2 littermates this morning. I observed something very interesting about Spirit. When they first met at the playground, the two littermates were not very pleased. They've played with Spirit before, but he's clearly not part of the pack anymore, it was a tense reunion at first, the other two were growling and snapping. Spirit got himself out of the mix quickly and wandered about 5 feet away and began sniffing the grass by the fence. This seemed like a calming behavior to me. He came back to the group, things were better but still not quite right ... he separated himself again. Finally when he came back the 3rd time, they were all fine together and played wonderfully for the rest of the time they were together.

Spirit handled this without any intervention from me whatsoever, not so much as a word. I am so impressed by him.

So I wanted to brag a little
