Default Vomit help

Help. This morning I went to get Isis out if the crate and there was a puddle of puke. I'm freaking out. She puked the day before after eating. But it was a small amount of kibble. Last night she wasreally riled up so we did a bit of sits and down and she had some treats. Could this have caused it?

Some GSDs will puke when they have an empty stomach (mostly in the a.m.) and the puke is mostly bile.

My boy will occasionally do the yellow bile thing of the morning if he does not get fed within about 20 min of us getting up. My lab did the same thing when she was a pup.

Is it actually vomiting or regurgitation? Does she heave and have abdominal contractions, or does it just come up?

On tuesday when she puked, it was right after she ate and it was about 4 or 5 kibbles. Than yesterday morning it was flat out vomit and a lot of it. her blanket in her crate was soaked. I should add that on wednesday night my son broke some glass outside and Isis managed to grab a very small piece and before I could get it out of her mouth she swallowed it. So i kept an eye on her and she was still playful and ate her dinner. Although that night she was having contractions in her belly but no puke until the next morning. Than yesterday morning is when I found all the puke...the morning after the glass incident. I cleaned up the crate and gave her breakfast which she flat out refused....instead she stared at it and whined. She always eats her breakfast usually little by little but will eat it. So I immediately called the vet and brought her in. They said she was ok and no concerns but to keep an eye on her stool that there is no blood and that there is no more vomitting. They also said if she ever eats glass again to give her white bread which will help pull it out. But I still have no explanation for why she puked on tuesday after dinner. Im assuming the puke yesterday was from the glass?
