Alpha's weight and height..

I took Alpha to the vet today and he weights 71 pounds and is 26 inches tall... Do you guys think this is good for his age? he is 8 months old.... when do GSDs usually stop growing? do you think he might grow more? how big is your adult GSD?

Alpha's weight sounds about right for his age, he will still grow untill about a year old, then after that he will start filling out more. If I remember right the growth plates in the legs don't close up untill about a year old.

Both my GSDs were 80 pounds at 8 months and both topded out at 92-95 pounds
lean.
