Did the dog survive? This was so hard to watch, was in tears all the way through and cheered at the end when they booted the sh*t head in the chest. He deserved to be beat within an inch of his life for what he did.
Why was he trying to kill the dog???!?! Did he snap? What the **** was going on here? One minute, he's hugging the dog, the next he's trying to kill it.... ?? Mentally ill?
And, yeah, he deserved those kicks!

"Make sure my shepherd dog remains a working dog, for I have struggled all my life long for that aim." - Max Von Stephanitz
From what I could see in some of it, the dog seemed fairly tense around him and wary. I don't think he liked the man or had possibly dealt with harsh corrections before. He got angry when the dog first took off and it seemed like when he was attempting to get a leash around the dog when it was on the couch in the room, he may have snapped at his hands.
However I didn't see a reason why he should have hung the dog over his back like he did or slam his body up against things. That just seemed rather excessive.
I have to say though, a larger part of me is wondering what the person who was filming the whole thing was doing just filming that and not stopping the man before two more officers came in. He/She could have easily stopped it after the evidence of the man pulling the dog up his back with a chain. o.o That went on far longer than it should have.
