Senate Bill 1329 would stop the tortuous use of carbon monoxide chambers as a method of euthanasia. Bill 1329 was introduced to the state senate in November of 2011, and was passed unanimously on 3/28/2012. It was then sent to the House on March 30. The bill will likely be considered next week when sessions begin -- according to Tina Pickett. Please contact both representatives, Tina Pickett and Matt Baker to get this bill passed.
