With the economy so horrible, people are stealing dogs and selling them.
I've seen ads on there, "we just found this dog, he needs a new home, asking $50 'rehoming' fee"

Gads,some people. I'd get seriously postal if anyone tried to take and sell my dogs. I've had people walk up and want to buy them. I had a gal look at Jas and say she could go as high as $200 for her. /snort I wanted to say," Lady, that wouldn't be enough to pay for her tail." But it was just a polite," These are my pets. I don't sell my pets."

Well, I'm glad they got caught ... hope they receive more than a slap on the wrist for stealing the dog and filing the false police reports.
