I hate stupid people that don't give a $%*! about other people! I thought I saw three dogs get out of that black jeep (I think it was a jeep). One black dog and two white ones. Poor dogs. I hope that they found them and that they were ok.

I believe the black thing is the front right tire from the perpetrator's car.
[EDIT]- wow- it might even be the spare tire outta the trunk!

I was wrong about the 3 dogs. When I watched the video on a larger screen, I saw that it was a tire, not a dog.

Ya I just watched our evening news, the yorkie was found at the scene and the pitbull was found several blocks away. Family members have taken dogs to the vet and they are ok!! miraculous!

I saw 3 dogs jump out of that SUV-one looked darker in color and ran off to the left of the screen and two smaller ones that ran off to the right of the screen.

The first "black" one was a tire off of one of the vehicles- just the 2 dogs
