So, the horse walker that I am converting to a Giant capacitor to store energy to run my home and be powered by my intact bitches over four months of age would not suffice for the exercise requirement?

I am not seeing anything reassuring in that bill's text. People need to organize well against these things. They look good on the surface, but it is obvious the motives at work. Hiding behind the suffering of animals to further their cause. Shame!
