Update on the Crazy women who tied 11 puppies to the fence!?!
Well here some updates on this horrible situation. They found the person who did this tragic act and was found 11 counts of animal cruelty. MS laws are as follows: the misdemeanor in which carries a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000fine. B/c the nature of this horrible situation and public outcry, MS passed stricter fines. The new fine is now $5,000 and jail time up to 5 years.
