Default This story will make you cry

... at least it made me tear up.

A homeless man who was being transferred to a hospice for his final days just happened to tell the paramedic who was transporting him that he used to have a dog when he was well enough and was living out of his car and so wished to see her again. The paramedic just happened to be a volunteer at the shelter where his dog was kept and arranged for that meeting. Here are the pictures that show that encounter

The look on the dog and the man's face said it all. I'm glad they got to be together one more time.

Wow, how nice and how amazing that the person who worked at the one place volunteered at the other. Or however that was. Amazing they could find the right dog. What neat pictures.

That is a great story! So awesome they could see each other one more time. I hope that someone steps up for that dog now though. She is a pretty thing and deserves a real home now with someone else to love her just as much as that man obviously did.
