Pontotoc is a very close town to where I live in MS. Here's the article on the local news:
Pontotoc County officials talk vicious dogs - WTVA.com I know it's kind of late, but I just now found out about it. "Ordinances" means laws, right? They're going to vote on it soon. |

An ordinance usually comes down from a local level and is more often than not punishable by a fine rather than jail time. Laws and ordinances are very similar but there is a slight distinction between the two.
