Default Woman in Joplin holds dogs crates during tornado

CNN.com - Breaking News, U.S., World, Weather, Entertainment & Video News

The woman was holding onto the dogs crates - AND had another dog in her arms - as the tornado ripped the roof off her house and tried to lift up the crates!!

Glad they all (woman and dogs) are ok!

OMG that was something, sounds like something I would do. I feel so bad for all the people that have lost their home or worse family.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away.

I started tearing up listening to that voicemail. That would be me though. My dogs and my kid..... I go first, anything to protect my daughter and my animals.... God can take me, but I won't let him take my kids or my pets.

Thank god they are OK. on Monday night my husband and I got stuck at a meeting at a county building while all the sirens were sounding. there had been a sighting of a tornado about a mile from our house(didnt land) All I could think was if Daisy who is alittle lame and does not see well did she make it to the basement.Lucky goes down easily,Daisy needs help. I was so relieved when I got home and everyone was ok.I would probably save them first.Love the fact she and the dogs made it out OK.
