Not only should he be kicked.... how about a collar around his neck and get lifted off the ground a few times and swung around. IDIOT.

WHAT!!!!!??????!!!!!! They should have taken his dog as well!!! How is that okay to let him keep his dog but take his brothers dog?! Seriously? Oh so many choice words that i'll refrain from using... Thats just disgusting. i hope he's charged heavily for what he did. Anger management classes my butt. He needs someone to beat the crap out of him while he's attached to a leash and being dragged and tossed around. See how much he likes it. "Oh i was mad." NO EXCUSE!!! I get mad and dont beat my dogs. There may be some yelling and screaming but nobody gets beaten because i'm POed!!!
