I hope someone recognizes him and knows who the owner is. I wish the law allowed for equal treatment for the perpetrators...let them starve to death. Idiots.

Along with most others, I do hope the owner's name surfaces. I'm glad he was found and effort was given to give him a shot at a better life; just too late. Poor, poor Argus to have to endure this. RIP Argus.

I don't understand why they would not just drop him off at a shelter when they realized they couldn't afford/want him.why bother keeping him in that kind of condition is quite disturbing and frankly quite sick.**** even post a free ad on kijiji for a free dog.he was a beautiful looking dog even with all the bones,i'm sure someone would have been thrilled to pick him up for free.and even worse the dog probably was unhappy not for being starved but was upset and wondering where his owner went when they ditched him.

=( this is horrible.... I wish animal murder was punishable to the same extent as human murder is under the law....
