First Animal Abuser Registry Created in Suffolk County,NY
Good step in the right direction. I hope there is a national registry soon.

I saw this on another forum I am on.This would help rescues and shelters when they are screening for potential homes.

Unfortunately this came from all of the horrible abuse cases, I hope it really helps begin to make a difference for animals everywhere.
