This one, if it passes will make buying and selling dogs in Ohio a think of the past. In there, if the dog is diagnosed with a hereditary problem, the buyer can give back the puppy or keep the puppy, and get their full purchase price back, and be reimbursed for veterinary care. Anyhow, it is an interesting read.
