Hmm- They only had the dog for one month before they lost him.
The real owners- who had the dog for the last 9 years!!!- will now never get him back, bc he officially "belongs" -according to the microchip- to those other people. |

hmmmnnn, people who lost dog 9 yrs earlier was contacted by ANIMAL CONTROL so someone else was also irresponsible or the dog was dumped. And if the people who "raised" him were so concerned, they would've had him checked for a chip anytime during 9 yrs while the original family was posting signs and checking a/c. Now they're still willing to take responsibility for him.

I have no idea where Astro was for 9 years, nor who may have been raising him.
Those are valid points, I am just trying to maintain a positive state of mind. Thoughts are things and realities are created by thought.
