Oh I hope that the women gets the help that she needs and the pups get homes. She didnt seem to really be all there. But still, its one of those....how...odd, things.
Not something I would expect to see driving down the raod. What bad is before I read the artical and saw the picture I automatically thought they were big dogs and though, How the heck??? lol

thats really random. its upsetting but sad. i bet she loved her dogs and she thought she was doing the right thing....one scary question is ho did a mentally unstable/sick person get a drivers license ?

Poor woman, I also hope she gets the help she needs.
Those look like cute dogs .... hopefully they'll get homes since they are in the media.
