I'm betting that car smelled really nice!

(No, I know it's not a laughing matter.) It's sad to see someone who cares about pets and truly loves them, but cannot provide proper care. A lot of hoarders are just that way. They take animals in from the street because they don't want them euthanized, but they generally cannot provide adequate care such as decent food, clean water, and health care.
