Default Puppies left in frozen river

I saw this today while reading the papers online and it made me so angry.

What is wrong with people. I'd like to see the person responsible thrown into that icy river.

Tiny, helpless, lost fur babies...they can't even see yet. This makes me so furious!

Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!! The true meaning of helpless animals, they can't even walk or see...The person who did this needs to be put into a box and thrown into a freezing river to die.

Chance's Mom - it's more disgusting becuase bin to the British is what we Americans would call a trash can so a bin liner would be a plastic trash bag (like a Hefty or glad bag)

Quote:
Quote:These puppies were treated in the most callous way, thrown into the river in a black bin liner and weighted down with a paving slab.

It's unbelievable that anyone could do such a thing. And it's amazing that they all survived. Even though they were weighted down by a heavy board, the ice didn't break and someone came by and heard them whimpering and rescued them. I hope they all get wonderful homes to make up for their terrible start in life.

I wonder if whoever did this is related to the MISERABLE PIECE OF CRAP that hammered extended nails through his Niehbors fence so their shepherd could get cut. this was posted yesterday. like i said, where do these ASSHOLES get these ideas from?

These poor, just born pups, are miracle puppies! They def had a angel watching over them and keeping the ice from breaking!

Now, for the miserable piece of that did this...I can't even put on here what I think should happen to them....
