I don't know this breeder and as far as I'm aware have never met any of their dogs.
Based purely on their website, my guess
(emphasize that it's a guess!) is that you could do better and you could do worse. This breeder appears to be breeding imported females to an in-house stud and does not have a developed line of their own. Their stated goals are to produce large, richly pigmented, low drive dogs.
To the extent that their dogs are titled, it looks like mostly import titles; the main stud has an RN and CGC and UKC/Intl conformation championships, nothing else (on which note there's this whole big long thread: What titles make a dog breedworthy?
discussing how much weight you should attach to those particular titles).
I did not go looking on OFFA to verify that the dogs are listed there, but it does look like the dogs have their basic health tests in place, so that's good.
In my opinion the puppies are priced not unreasonably for what they are -- $800 for puppies out of health-screened dogs that are a couple generations removed from any significant accomplishments. They might make nice pets, if that's what you're looking for. I would not consider one for work or performance.
