Default Looking for trained GS in South East US

Hello. I am looking for a good breeder in the South Eastern US- Virginia, NC, SC, Tennessee, Georgia, WV from whom I might me able to buy an adult trained GSD. Ideally with Schuzthund/IPO 1-3, KK1 or at the least advanced obedience training. One of the places I was looking at is Tarheel Canine | Tarheel Canine Training, Sanford, North Carolina does anyone have an opinion on them or a suggestion on any other places? Thanks.

I looked at Tarheel - and from what I could see, I wouldn't buy an adult from them -the adult dogs they have for sale - either are not suitable for a home and/or have something wrong with them (hd, thyroid) and for the prices they want ($3,000 +) that is way too much to pay for a dog that has problems. Here is one - they are in your area and will travel to meet clients Several outstanding house dogs available!!!! Updated January 15, 2013 They have adult house dogs available that are healthy. I would also check on petfinder for a rescue dog in your area.

Default Von Der Sauk

Put "Von Der Sauk" in google and you wil find a SC breeder of high regard. I recomend them, but as you will make your own decision, that is all I will say. Note: I think they have the highest ranking GSD in North America as far as SCH goes. I have seen Brongo in action and he is something to see.

Unless there is something "extra special" about the dog, definitely a working line.
