Any breeders near Gainesville Mo

Hello I have been surfing the net and looking at breeders, but all seem such a distance away. Any suggestions on a breeder closer to our home?

I don't know how close to gainesville they are, but Crooked Creek has nice gsd's..
Do a search for Crooked Creek Ranch.

Might help if you will explain what kind/type of German Shepherd you are looking for... what you want to do with it, and past experience with, etc.... That will give everyone a better idea as to who to possibly recommend.

I can second Crooked Creek ranch. Also look at Whirling Thunder in Pittsburg, KS.

You can slo look at Tidmore's Rising Star in McAlester, OK, 90 minutes south of Tulsa.

Sometimes you have to travel a bit.

Stoney Creek Farm in Houston, there's a guy in Willow Springs that bought an outstanding black male from Amanda (SCF)-unfortunately I cannot think of his name-not long ago I found pups listed in West Plains-you can do some checking on PuppyFind.com and NextDayPets-there's another breeder with some very pricey pups in Branson-I purchased my red sable from Amanda(SCF) and she has a son of the dog in Willow Springs as her main sire (website)-explore the internet-there are several in southern Missouri. I purchased my big male out of Northern Arkansas and there's several in that area.

I've looked around and, while there are a LOT of puppy mill wanna-bes and BYBs, there aren't many good breeders around here.

if you are looking for a showline, there are some nice dogs around little rock and farther south but I don't know if there are any in northern AR, especially near Gainesville

Judging by your other post you are interested in Czech lines? I don't have any pure Czech puppies but I do have half West German working lines.

Have you seen Weberhaus in KS? She is very big into Czech lines. If she doesn't have what you are looking for she can easily help you find something with her connections
