I'm wanting to become a small time breeder when I retire from the service in 7 years. I'm wanting to breed working lines instead of the American GSD. My questions is: What breeders are the importers using? There's plenty of info on great breeders here in the states, but I've yet to read of what breeder in Germany, Czech, Slovick, Belgium etc breeders are purchasing from. I know some people may think it is like asking a fisherman that always comes back with the fish, asking where his secret spot is. I'm sure some won't disclose this info as they had to learn by trial and error. I'm just wanting to see some good overseas websites with the old bloodlines and see what a puppy or titled working GSD would run with shipping, etc. I don't speak German, so hopefully some kennels will be somewhat in English. I know their are plenty of great breeders here, just personal preference.

Those really oldtime breeders, like Kassler Kreuz (where my current bitch is from), most of the time, do not have a Website you can check out. You either know they exist or you don't.

As for Kennels:

I have two dogs from this kennel. I'm very satisfied with the dogs and that my young male got injured is not his fault.
