For me...
Likes:
The photo contest of the month!

Adore pictures and videos even more.

The training section and the 'how do I teach my dog to' section.

Hearing about accomplishments and stories.

The format is easy.

Love sharing MY stuff...and getting responses...

Dislikes:
Sometimes things get repetitive (i.e. how do I get my pups ears up; cat vs. dog; which kibble is best...etc).

Same thing as above, but I wish there was more creativity in terms of topics and pictures.

Sometimes things feel clicky. Some people get no responses to good questions whereas other people get pages and pages of responses to mundane questions. True? Don't understand why...

Wish I could disable the entirety of my account sometimes. (Why can't we anyway?)

The search never ever works for me so I don't know what I'm doing wrong in terms of that...

I have most of the same likes and dislikes as you. Whenever I haven't been on in awhile I miss it and come back for a pic fix :)

I didn't see that picture the first time! Cute!!

I wanted to add that I dislike how rude some members are to those of us that are obviously still learning. I have an awesome trainer now so I feel less compelled to come here for advice when I can ask him. He's capable of telling me I'm doing things wrong without being nasty about it. I definitely understand NOW why so many members advice consists of getting a trainer.

A lot of the same likes and dislikes.
Except that the search button works for me and I use it...alot.
I dislike like that some people that come here get reamed for doing the same exact thing that another member did, that everyone supported and felt sorry for.

However i do understand sometimes that some threads get a lot of responses not just based on who posted but sometimes who responds , drama etc.in my opinion one good response is worth ten drama ones, because when i ask a question i really need an answer. I'm not looking to create drama or see how many people post.

I do love to see pics especially of the dogs I have read stories about and have seen grow up on this board.

I agree on all of the likes and dislikes so far. I especially dislike when some of the elite better then anyone else people come on and make the person feel so stupid, that they never come on again. I will almost never ask a question on here, for the same reason. I really enjoy the pictures and stories on this site though. So I figure if I don't ask, then I will still be here enjoying the site. ;)

I like the stories and pics. A lot of the info is great. A few folks are really awesome, but they don't post much.

I truly dislike the attitude, and to my mind if you can dish it out be prepared to get it served right back. That is not the way it works here.
I find it not so much of a public forum, as a soapbox for the privileged few. If you do exactly as they say, all is good.

I dislike how this forum reads backwards. I hate reading from the bottom up.

I Do think this forum tho

You can change this. on the tool bar at top of page. select user cp then on left side when that page loads, select settings. Scroll almost all the way down and on page settings select Linier/ first.

Wow, some people are just real people! Finally! I know I hit a little too close for the "diet gurus" and the self appointed annoited ones. The allmighty knighted, kinged, and foremost rooked. Everyone has their opinion, and thats good. Just remember we are not your fifedom dwellers. And I did mean "sheeples" when I typed it, as there are those that thrive to be led by nose so that they get to feel superior as well. I do hope there is another site. I shall look.
