I shoot with a Nikon D4 and I've had many other bodies with includes
I've used most of Nikons lenses.
My current gear
I use a MacBook Pro to handle all my post processing with Lightroom and photoshop.
I back all my photos up on multiple hard drives with raid just in case.
I specialize in weddings and senior portraits.
What do you shoot with?
I shoot with a Classic Canon 5D (full frame) and also have a D30 that I use in tandem shooting events if needed. I am more of a glass snob than body snob. :)
17-40 4 L
28-70 2.8 Tamron (Old lead glass lens) Like a tank
60 2.8 Macro
I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple....
Remote triggers, umbrellas, soft boxes, like 4 tripods, 6 bags, light stands, flashes, more of a strobist style lighting set up vs. lights and power supplies etc.
I'm all PC, Photoshop, server with raid setup, external drives to back up the back ups.
I specialize in events, and have been published a few times. Corporate magazines, calenders, less than main stream magazines. I've gotten busy with life, my day job, aging mother, lost my father, stuff. I've not shot much the past couple of years. I'm trying to use the new pup as an excuse to get back into it. I've shot weddings but not as the primary shooter, nor do I want any part of that. My day job is over the top stressful, I don't need that stress too. Oh, and I hate taking snapshots for some reason.
I was asked to do some dog shoots recently and I'm intrigued. I agreed to do it and waiting to set up a time/place. Hopefully this spring I can take the pup to some cool places and do some impromptu shoots.
Ok, there it is :)
I got my BA in Photography from the Brooks Institute of Photography
Refer to this thread to hear about what just happened to me:
I had a D3s
24-85 f/3.5-4.5G ED VR AF-S
Tokina AT X 16-28 mm f/2.8 Pro FX
Now that I'm starting over I have a Mark III
And I just bought a 24-70 2.8 (Waiting for it, should be here Wednesday!)
2 heads/softboxes/umbrellas/radio slaves/pack/etc
Also have an off brand "Neewer" lighting kit I'm selling with three heads and accessories.
I also have a Macbook Pro 17 inch, and a Macbook Air 13 inch. Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge...Adobe CS6 Master Collection.
I photograph mainly bands, live concerts, promos, etc. Been published, blah blah blah :)
I work at Tempe Camera in Tempe, Az. Love my job!
As I said, I photograph mainly bands, live and for promotional purposes. Here's a couple promo shots:
Some of the live work I do is in the link in my reply above....
I have a Nikon: D90, a 12-24 mm wide angle, 50 mm, 105 mmo macro & a 70-300 Sigma. I so want to switch to a full frame lens. I mostly shoot landscape/floral. I've done product shoots for a corporation, sold a photo to a wholesale for hotels in snow mass & have done one art fair. I plan to do more this year. At this point it is just a side business for me. :(

Sorry for two posts in a row.
I went to meet some fellow photographers today at Chicago Botanical Garden only to find out the meet up wasn't this weekend. /facepalm At least I got some okay pictures. I saved the ones I have on my Facebook page & resized them on my phone so hopefully they don't look distorted.

18x200 lives on body
Nikon D3100 and the D7100. D7100 is my main camera. 18-55mm, 55-200mm and 55-300 mm. The 55-300 lives on my 7100. Mostly nature shots and pets.
Started with a D90, had to sell to pay for vet bills, and then bought a D7000 over this last summer when I got the camera money as a gift. I've been playing around with DSLRs for the last 1 1/2 years and am really having fun!! I got hooked pretty quickly and am trying not to get too obsessed with the gear, but as a bit of a nerd it's hard to resist. Currently my gear includes the
50mm f/1.8 D (which I use most the time)
85mm f/1.8 D (my favorite, although I don't use it as frequently)
18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 kit lens
11-16mm f/2.8 wide angle
55-200mm f/4-5.6 from Tamron (don't care for this lens but it was a gift)
SB600 external flash
I have a Windows PC that I use for Photoshop and Lightroom. I used to use Photoshop CS5 and CS6 exclusively, but then finally began to make the transition to Lightroom and really like it. I use Lightroom 4 almost all the time now, and just go to Photoshop when I need to remove parts of the picture.
I only shoot for fun, of course, and primarily just take pictures of pets... but I am trying to get more practice with other subjects and types of photography, too.
I have Nikon D3100 and 18-105 mm. But my husband have a old Nikon D70s and many lents. I try to use his equipement. :P
With 105 mm macro
with 18-105 mm
