Default Display units of PetExpo??

If you volunteer with any kind of rescue, you have done some sort of exhibit at some point. I have spent a good portion of my weekends sitting in booths at Horse and Pet Expos. My question is......What type of display units does your rescue use?

Yesterday, I helped the bunny people set up for this weekends' Pet Expo. This was my second year of putting cubes together to make shelving units. If you don't know what I am talking about, they look like this, except instead of making cages, we put cubes together to make display cases.

There has GOT to be something better. It took forever. If one thing needs to be changed, the entire structure falls apart. I don't want to do this next year. The units hold bunny treats, toys, and accessories. Ideas??? I'm looking for quick and easy.
