exercise, makes you feel so much better.
I started back at the gym two weeks ago. Just the elliptical at first - (I then actually joined another gym that had a pool) and now started swimming. Swimming is a butt kicker! I just have much more energy, I sleep better, all around, I feel better. I decided I needed to finally get back into it. I've just felt so out of it for so long. Plus, turning 31, my metabolism just isn't what it was!

I hear you! I stopped exercising (and by exercising I mean just the elliptical several times a week, LOL) and I feel awful.
I stopped going because they built a new gym, and closed the old one down. Gyms are intimidating enough without having to start over at a new place. Arghhh. |
