Critique....ME?!?

I've matured a lot since I first began posting on here. Some of my old responses seem comical to me. I don't mean to sound vain but what do you think? Do I provide solid advice or am I sometimes off base? I don't claim to be an expert in any way but time and reading other people's responses as well as googling and experience has IMO helped me help others...so honestly this is kind of silly but if you've read my responses or my posts, what do you think? Agree with you coming up with thoughtful and innovative topics that stir up discussion and dialogue. Supporting, sweet, and kind as well - you put yourself out there in a raw and exposed way so even grouchy old naysayers like me come around because of your lovely personality, and endearing ways.

One thing holding you back is your insecurity in yourself - second guessing and doubting yourself - perhaps a lack of confidence as well. I'm guessing it comes from your lack of experience with dogs. But probably even more so from your overall mental health and current position in life. I think you would like more for yourself, and feel a little insecure in certain aspects of your life - at times this bleeds into the forum and how you respond/sound.

You give lots of great advice and provide judgement free experiential anecdotes as well. Probably a couple things that hold you back from giving the most sound advice possible is that fact that you aren't around enough people that speak "dog", and have more knowledge/insight than you. I've learned the most from just following my mentors as they train their dogs, and learning how to speak dog from old school dog people.

You're a loving and caring person, and honest opinions are always welcome. There truly is no "one size fits all" solution for every problem. I find you very non judgemental which does help some of the newbies feel more comfortable and that's a good thing

If there is a critique I can give it is to believe in yourself, we all make mistakes and learn from them. Don't let mistakes hold you back :)

If you saw yourself as we see you, you would have more confidence :)
