Beautiful! There's nothing like a good sunrise and sunset!

It's ugly here today.... rainy and windy! Definitely wont be seeing anything like that here over the next few days.

Very cool! Nice sunrise. I love taking panos..I pretty much won't take anything else as far as landscape goes, haha

Thanks guys, I've been really impressed with this Note, the pictures are great!
Melina, now that I have figured out how to do it I'm sure I'll be taking more. There was a beautiful sunset tonight, too, but we couldn't stop to photograph it.

Isn't it amazing what phones can do? I still use my DSLR for panos, sometimes my P&S. If I'm using my DSLR I take three shots and stitch them together, but my P&S does it for me. It just depends on the quality I'm looking for. My cell phone isn't bad, but obviously if I want mid-grade I'll go for the P&S, more professional I'll use my D7000.

Panos are fun. Sorry you missed the sunset tonight, but there'll be plenty more, you know that!

There's a free android app (Galaxy is android, right?) called LapseIt, where you can do time lapses..It's what I used to use for my time lapses until I got an intervalometer for my DSLR (Didn't like the built in one). It has a time limit on it though, unless you buy it. It's only $2, however, which is worth it. Super easy to use, too. If you've never made a time lapse they're a lot of fun as well....It's just a lot of waiting

Time lapses! Will have to look into that!
This is actually the 10.1" Note, Costco had them on special so we got a pretty good deal
It's awesome
