For being 21, I say I am well off. I know many, and I mean many, people who got pregnant while in high school and they don't have their life straighten out. I am one year away from graduating college with two degrees, I have a steady job and able to pay bills. My boyfriend and I work together with the expenses and we are able to provide Gunner with tasty treats and a higher quality of food. Like Blehmannwa, money too burns a hole in my pocket and I am kicking myself in the butt; however, everything gets paid.
Compared to many people my age, yes I am well off; but in the future, financially I will be better once I am out of school and plan to start a family.

I am very, very rich!!! Rich in that I have wonderful pets who I adore and cherish and a great family! I have good health and try to enjoy life as much as possible and have a profound faith.
Financially... absolutely not. I did what everyone said to do... go to college. I earned two master's degrees and still don't make very much money. I have student loan debt and a mortgage, but don't have any credit card debt. I try not to think about money as that is not what I value in life, but of course you do have to consider it when the bills come due! |
