Lee - I did think of that, as I have Ace for the horses. But I didn't know how much to give her.

This morning, I brought a small bit of left over fish from dinner out to the barn when I went out to feed. I thought I'd bring a peace offering. As I flipped on the lights I could hear her growling from inside the tack room. My brain went into defense mode, thinking she's lost her mind and was going to attack me when I went inside.

I picked up a shovel opened the tack room and flipped on the light. There she sat with her back to me...and a huge monster possum sitting on one of the feed barrels. The barrels are metal and I swung the shovel to hit the barrel the possom was on. It (she? he?) jumped behind the barrels and squished out the barn through the cat exit. My cat jumped up into the hay loft.

The horses couldn't care less about all of the commotion in the tack room. They just wanted their breakfast and continued their synchronized morning potty activities.
