I usually just push through it. When I can't I have prescription Ibuprofen and a heating/cooling pad. I also take really hot showers to try and relax my muscles that tend to work too hard to make up for the pain. Unfortunately, it runs in the family, and 20+ years of riding horses (many of those being very competitive) surely did not help. Thankfully I can usually push through it okay.
It definitely sucks though. This on and off weather has been setting it off a lot more often.

Precscription meds don't do anyting for me. The only thing that helps me is taking super hot baths and massage...that will give me a temprorary relief...in summer i definately feel better but in winter im in pain every day...can't wait till its over

I still get pains in the summer. I had to cut down how active I am. Definitely stinks having to hold yourself back so you don't hurt all over. Cold weather can be rough for me once it hits under 45*. I still miss up north though. I loved it. I always hated coming back to FL... but, it's home. Thankfully, we have really good AC here.... so I can at least be comfortable in the house.

Yesterday it was 65 here. Dogs and I played outside for a couple hours - it was awesome!!
Woke up this morning to rain. Let the dogs out and within 15 minutes it had turned to hail. Now it's snowing. Ugh - MAKE UP YOUR MIND Mother Nature!!!

Well, when summer hits and we are in the triple digits, you can make me cry and post your forecast.
We haven't had a single night below 32 yet this winter. That's going to make for a busy bug summer.
