So, I'm back from the interview and I think it went extremely well. I met with both the Studio Manager and the Plant Manager (The Manager who oversees the entire Company). The Studio Manager and I seemed to click instantly...Not that it went poorly with the Plant Manager, but he seemed exceedingly tired (He admitted to being so, actually) and wasn't as enthusiastic. They both fired a lot of questions, which I had every confident, truthful answer to. They both said they were impressed with my portfolio and seemed to be generally pleased with me. Again, just as last time, I won't get my hopes up as I was already disappointed once (Though life moved on)...But I will keep a positive attitude. They told me they should be making a decision by the end of the week and will let me know either way. Ultimately, what it boils down to for me is this: One absolutely humbling experience. During the first round of interviews, I found out that out of 50 applicants, I was narrowed down to one of nine, who would then, again, be narrowed down to three. That, in and of itself made me feel valued and amazing. Then, after not moving forward with the interview process and believing it was a dead issue, to have been selected out of so many others for a second chance, made me feel so honored and humbled. I don't know what the Universe has planned for me, but I am so happy to have gone on this ride so far...

Haha...You should have seen me after the first interview, I had to wait an entire week! Monday to Monday. At least Tuesday to Friday isn't as bad
I'll bide my time and find things to do.

Thank you guys for your positive thoughts
It really makes me feel good to know I'm supported in my efforts. This whole experience makes me think of a couple quotes from Bill Hick's Revelations..."Hey, don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride."...." ...And we can change it any time we want. It's only a choice. No effort, no work, no job, no savings of money. Just a simple choice, right now, between fear and love." To me, that says life is going to take us wherever it takes us, but we have control over how we react to it. When we encounter a situation, we can confront it with a negative (fear) attitude, or continue to move forward, love ourselves, and let it be. Like I've said before...I'm going to let this go, and be what it will be. I've done my best, and it's out of my hands now. I'm glad to have gone on this ride, and I'm choosing the path of love no matter what.
